Our Concrete mixer trucks have reasonable design, and tanks body takes anti-wearing alloy steel plates for the tanks body’s staying quality. All structure parts are under Phosphatization technology processed. We also takes shotpenning pretreatment technology. The tanks body are installed by professional tanks body tools, and welded by planer-type automatic protection welder. Our products cover from 6M3, 8 M3, 9 M3, 10 M3, 12 M3, 14 M3, etc.
1, Tanks body conformation: reasonable and scientific shapes, lower gravity processing, tanks body, blade by special mould shape, and measures of excellent works, to insure the three-dimension mixing function for quick unloading with the lowest material remains.
2, Paniting works: phosphatization process, stoving varnish, and shotpenning pretreatment technology.
3, Superstructure accessories material: front and rear bracket by high strength 16Mn steel plates, sub-frame by monolithic 16Mn rectangular tube (thickness: 8mm), and thickening the direct contact part of chute and concrete.
4, Other accessories structure: rear bracket by stiffening beams, etc.
